Literally a guide in my pocket

I can only subscribe to what other people already have told about the guide. It’s just great that I can read a place description, actually give a call its manager, find it on a map and even hook up on its Twitter channel to keep my eye on it. Very smart!

Hi:
I wanted to invite you to take my 5Rhythms (R) class with the hopes that if you like it you might blog about it. My class is a dance based meditation practice. It is your own individual choreography that you create as you move through 5 distinct rhythms or ways of moving. My class meets on Thursday from 6-7:15 pm where I rent space from Harlem Yoga Studio, 44 W 125th St, 3rd flr Studio B. My website is: http://www.shakingspiritwaves.com.

Let me know if this is of interest to you.

Be well,
Kierra
